Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Counsellor to join our Rajpura office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to understand students' requirements and convert leads into admissions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students and guide them regarding our courses.
- Handle leads through calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
- Convert prospective students into admissions.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain proper records.
- Handle fee collection and pending fee follow-ups.
- Coordinate with trainers and the branch team for smooth student operations.




- Maintain strong relationships with students and provide excellent support.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Support and guide junior counsellors when required.
- Requirements2+ years of experience in counselling, sales, or education.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Prior experience in an education institute will be an advantage.
