Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Life Insurance Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining life insurance products, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads through calls, references, field visits, and other sources.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their insurance requirements.
- Explain life insurance policies, advantages, coverage, and premium details.
- Convert leads into successful policy sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist customers throughout the policy application process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, and sales.




- Follow company policies and insurance regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/mobile applications.
- Willingness to make calls and interact with customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility:

- 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in insurance, banking, telecalling, BPO, or direct sales will be preferred.
- Age: [18–35 years, if applicable].
