Job Title: Site Supervisor (Interior)

Location: Kondwa (Factory)

Department: Retail Installation

Job Summary:

Project Execution: Oversee site operations from layout and structural setup to the final finishing stages.

Drawing Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret 2D/3D architectural drawings.

Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, and material suppliers to maintain steady workflow

Quality & Safety Control: Enforce safety protocols, monitor quality workmanship, and troubleshoot in office technical issues.

Resource Tracking: Manage material inventory, forecast supply needs, and track daily labor attendance.

Reporting: Document daily progress, manage snag lists, and report status updates to project managers or clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design/civil or a related field.

Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp or similar is a plus.
