- Key Responsibilities1. MEP Operations & MaintenanceMonitor and operate Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire & Life Safety and other MEP systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of all critical building services during the shift.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and record operating parameters.
- Handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and coordinate timely rectification.
- Ensure proper handover of all ongoing issues and critical observations between shifts.
- 2. Electrical SystemsMonitor HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, AMF panels, APFC panels and electrical distribution systems.
- Monitor electrical load, voltage, current and other operating parameters.
- Coordinate planned shutdowns and electrical maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper functioning of emergency power systems.
- 3. HVAC SystemsOperate and monitor chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers and ventilation systems.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, water levels and other critical parameters.
- Attend HVAC breakdowns and coordinate with AMC/service vendors when required.




- Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and within defined parameters.
- 4. Building MaintenanceMonitor and coordinate maintenance of building infrastructure and common areas.
- Attend complaints related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, civil and other engineering services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security and other facility teams for building-related issues.
- Ensure timely closure of engineering complaints and service requests.
- 5. Fire & Life Safety SystemsMonitor fire alarm, fire pumps, hydrant, sprinkler and other fire & life safety systems.
- Ensure critical fire systems remain operational at all times.
- Coordinate fire system testing, preventive maintenance and statutory inspections.
- Immediately escalate any critical fire/life-safety observations.
- 6. BMS & Building Management SystemsMonitor building services through BMS (Building Management System).
- Track alarms, equipment status, temperature and other parameters.
- Identify abnormalities through BMS and coordinate corrective action.
- Maintain proper records of BMS alarms and equipment performance.
