Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive recent business acquisition and expand Blue Circle's institutional healthcare portfolio.The BDE will be responsible for identifying prospective institutions, generating qualified leads, conducting meetings, understanding client requirements, presenting Blue Circle's solutions, managing the sales pipeline and converting opportunities into recurring business.This is a field-sales and business-development role, with a strong focus on revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting- Identify and build a database of potential clients across: Educational Institution

Conduct cold calling,



email outreach, LinkedIn outreach and other prospecting activities.

2. Sales Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in the CRM.

Track prospects from initial contact through meeting, proposal, negotiation and closure.

Ensure timely follow-ups on all open opportunities.

Candidate Profile Required

BBA(Sales/Marketing) or Graduates in any discipline meeting our requirements - With 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales / business development. Freshers are also welcome to apply.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Proactive and self-driven

Comfortable with cold calling and new-client acquisition
