Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and scheduling property site visits.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain property projects, pricing, offers, and available options.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property information.
- Generate and qualify leads through regular follow-ups.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Handle customer queries professionally.




- Follow up with prospective customers until the lead is converted or closed.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
- Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, BPO, or real estate will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented and comfortable making a high volume of calls.
