? CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of AR Physician Calling experience in Healthcare RCM.
- Education: Undergraduates or Graduates are eligible to apply.

? KEY SKILLS & EXPERTISE:

- RCM Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals, and reimbursement processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and the CMS-1500 claim form.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle high call volumes in a voice process.
- Problem Solving: Solid analytical skills to effectively resolve claims.
