Position: Sales Executive – Field

Salary- 25000-35000 pm

The Company also offers PV Connector Safe Locks, designed to protect PV connectors after installation and before energizing, helping reduce environmental exposure. The connectors are designed for easy installation and delatching using the appropriate delatch tool.

*Key Responsibilities*

Conduct regular client visits and develop strong business relationships.

Generate new leads through field visits, references, and market research.

Promote and explain the company's Solar PV, Electrical Control Panel, Security & Automation products.

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.

Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.

Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

*Candidate Profile*

Experience in field sales / B2B sales / electrical / solar products will be preferred.

Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel for client visits.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Candidates with knowledge of solar, electrical, control panels, or security & automation products will have an advantage.

Security & Automation Products की जानकारी देना और उनका प्रचार करना।
- ग्राहकों की आवश्यकता समझकर उचित उत्पाद/सॉल्यूशन सुझाना।
- संभावित ग्राहकों से नियमित फॉलो-अप करना और लीड को बिक्री में बदलना।
- मासिक सेल्स टारगेट पूरा करना।
- पुराने एवं नए ग्राहकों से नियमित संपर्क बनाए रखना।
- सेल्स रिपोर्ट तैयार करना और मार्केट की जानकारी/फीडबैक मैनेजमेंट को देना।
- उम्मीदवार की प्रोफाइलField Sales / B2B Sales / Electrical / Solar Products में अनुभव को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
- अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन, समझाने और नेगोशिएशन की क्षमता।
- ग्राहकों से मिलने के लिए यात्रा करने की इच्छा।
- Target-oriented और Self-motivated होना चाहिए।
- Solar, Electrical, Control Panels या Security & Automation Products की जानकारी रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता मिलेगी।
