Job Description

We are looking for an **HR Recruiter** to join our overseas manpower recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

* Candidate sourcing, screening & recruitment

* Candidate interview & selection coordination

* Client coordination and follow-ups

* Recruitment Agent management

* Job Portal operations & vacancy posting

* Candidate documentation & status tracking

* Medical, visa, ticketing & deployment follow-ups

* End-to-end overseas manpower recruitment operations

Requirements

* Positive communication & coordination skills

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel / computer

* Strong follow-up skills

* Experience in **HR / Recruitment / Manpower Consultancy** preferred

* Overseas/Gulf recruitment experience will be an advantage

**Experience:** 1–3 Years Preferred

**Salary:** ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month *(Negotiable as per experience)*
