About BeeDigitalBeeDigital is a digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Google Business Profile Management, and content creation.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can independently manage social media accounts, coordinate content production, and create engaging visual content for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media ManagementManage day-to-day social media activities for multiple client accounts.
- Create monthly content calendars based on client goals and campaigns.
- Write/coordinate captions, hooks, post concepts, and content ideas.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
- Coordinate with clients for content, approvals, offers, and campaigns.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and overall account activity.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, formats, features, and content styles.
- Design high-quality social media posts, carousels, stories, promotional creatives, and ad creatives.
- Create designs according to each client's brand identity.
- Adapt creatives into different formats and sizes for Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Create festival, offer, announcement, and promotional creatives.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts, and brand communication.

Content & Shoot Coordination

- Coordinate with the video editor and videographer for client shoots.
- Prepare content requirements and creative briefs before shoots.




- Suggest reel concepts, hooks, references, and shot ideas.
- Ensure the final content matches the monthly content calendar.

Reporting & Client Coordination

- Track basic social media performance such as reach, engagement, followers, and content performance.
- Prepare monthly reports with key observations and recommendations.
- Participate in client calls when required.
- Follow up with clients for approvals and pending content.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook.
- Positive knowledge of social media content strategy.
- Good graphic design skills.
- Proficiency in Canva is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator is an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads is an advantage.
- Ability to understand a client's business and convert its USPs into content.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who is creative but also execution-focused.

You should be comfortable taking a brief, converting it into a creative idea, getting it approved, and ensuring it gets published on time.

Agency experience will be preferred.
