Job ObjectiveTo ensure accurate, hygienic, and productive packing of FabBox products while maintaining quality standards and preparing finished goods for timely dispatch.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPack snacks and food products as per the required SKU, quantity, and packaging specifications.
- Operate and handle basic packaging equipment safely.
- Ensure correct filling, sealing, labelling, coding, and batch details on every pack.
- Check packaging material for defects, damage, or incorrect printing before use.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the packaging area as per food-safety standards.
- Perform basic quality checks on packed products, including weight, seal quality, appearance, and quantity.
- Segregate rejected or damaged products and report issues immediately to the supervisor.
- Count and arrange finished goods SKU-wise for dispatch.
- Maintain proper stock and usage of packaging materials.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Support loading, unloading, and movement of finished goods when required.
- Maintain daily production/packing records and report completed quantities.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure orders are packed on time.
