Job Title -- Customer Support Associate (Domestic Voice Process)

Location -- Nehru Nagar, Ahmedabad

Process -- E-Commerce (Voice Support)

Salary -- Rs. 15500 - 18000 / Month+ PF

Qualification -- 12th Pass or Above

Job Responsibility --

· Handling basic customer queries related to Ecommerce Products and providing customer resolution.

. Respond to customer questions and issues through calls.

· Providing support to Domestic (Indian) customers regarding companies Product or services and able to handle the Customer over phone

· Willingness to work in Rotational Shift.

. Providing accurate information about products or services and guiding customers in making informed decisions.

. Ability to handle challenging customer interactions gracefully and professionally.
