ob Title: Telemarketing & B2C Sales Executive – Solar Projects

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telemarketing & B2C Sales Executive to promote solar energy solutions for domestic, commercial, and industrial customers.

The role involves generating leads, speaking with prospective customers, understanding their electricity needs, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales process through to project closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Explain the benefits of rooftop solar systems, including savings, subsidies, and long-term value.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments/site surveys for the sales team.
- Follow up with enquiries received through online campaigns, referrals, and databases.
- Understand customer requirements such as electricity consumption, roof space, budget, and location.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and follow-up schedules in CRM/Excel.
- Build customer trust and help convert enquiries into confirmed solar projects.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, appointments, leads, and sales closures.




- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth customer handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in telecalling, telemarketing, inside sales, or B2C sales.
- Solid communication skills in English, Hindi, and the relevant local language.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently.
- Basic understanding of solar energy is preferred; training can be provided.
- Experience selling high-value products/services such as real estate, insurance, loans, home improvement, or solar is an advantage.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, CRM tools, and online lead platforms.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a robust interest in sales may also apply.
- Target-oriented and motivated by incentives.
- Prior experience in the solar, renewable energy, electrical, construction, or home-improvement sector is preferred.
