? Profile: Collection Executive

? Key Responsibilities:

• Handle NPA cases with 180+ DPD (Days Past Due)

• Achieve assigned monthly recovery and collection targets

• Conduct customer follow-ups through calling and field collection

• Establish contact with delinquent customers and understand repayment issues

• Negotiate repayment options as per company policy

• Maintain accurate PTP (Promise to Pay) and payment records

• Update daily collection activities and customer status in CRM/MIS

• Follow up on broken PTPs and escalate difficult cases to the Team Leader

• Coordinate with the concerned teams for high-risk and long-pending accounts

• Follow all company collection policies and applicable regulatory guidelines

? Preferred Profile:





• Experience in NPA / Banking / NBFC / Fintech / Loan Collections preferred

• Valuable communication and negotiation skills

• Comfortable with collection executives

• Basic knowledge of DPD, PTP, NPA and recovery processes

? Key Targets:

• 180+ DPD NPA Portfolio Recovery

• Collection Efficiency & PTP Conversion

• Daily Customer Follow-up & Contactability

• Reduction in Outstanding NPA Accounts
