About the Role

We are hiring Business Development Associates for an Axis Bank off-roll field sales profile. This is a complete field sales and customer acquisition role, where candidates will be required to travel within their assigned area and generate new business for Axis Bank.

What Will You Do

- Visit customers and potential customers in the assigned area.
- Generate new leads through field visits and customer interactions.
- Explain Axis Bank's banking products and services to customers.
- Acquire new customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into business.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the Axis Bank branch/team for customer onboarding and business requirements.
- Regularly report sales activities and customer updates to the reporting manager.
- Candidates should be comfortable with daily field visits and travelling as part of the job.

Working Hours

Working hours will be as per Axis Bank/banking hours.





Candidates should be comfortable working during regular banking hours and carrying out field visits as required during the working day.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- Must have a 2-wheeler (Bike/Scooty).
- Must have a valid Driving License.
- Should have all semester marksheets.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field sales, travelling and customer interaction.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented sales role.

Salary & Benefits

- Take-Home Salary: ₹17,500 – ₹18,000 per month
- CTC: Approx. ₹2.48 LPA
- Performance Incentives: Applicable
- Petrol Allowance: Not provided
- Branch Allocation: Nearest Axis Bank branch will be allocated based on the candidate's residential location.
