MoonElevate Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented BPO Manager to manage and lead our domestic voice process.

The ideal candidate should have solid leadership and people-management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven ability to drive team performance and achieve business targets.

- Key Responsibilities Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the domestic voice process.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the team.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as productivity, quality, attendance, and adherence.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Handle customer and process-related escalations effectively.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.




- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with senior management to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and performance-driven work environment.
- Required SkillsStrong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of domestic BPO/voice processes.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Candidates with previous experience as a Assistant Manager, or Manager in a domestic BPO/voice process will be preferred.
