About URITE AIURITE AI is an ambitious AI-focused platform being developed with the vision of building a strong and scalable digital product business.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Expert who can take ownership of URITE's digital growth, customer acquisition and online brand building.

This is not a basic social media posting job. We are looking for someone who can understand a product, build a marketing strategy, generate qualified leads and continuously improve campaigns based on data.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the complete digital marketing strategy for URITE AI.
- Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads and optimize conversion rates.
- Develop customer acquisition strategies for different target audiences.
- Manage SEO, content marketing and organic growth initiatives.
- Plan and execute social media growth campaigns.
- Work on landing pages, marketing funnels and conversion optimization.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Track campaign performance, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and ROI.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with the content/design team for marketing creatives and campaigns.
- Experiment with new digital marketing channels and growth strategies.
- Use AI tools effectively for research, content, campaign optimization and marketing automation.




- What We Are Looking For3+ years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
- Strong practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
- Good knowledge of SEO and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create and execute marketing strategies independently.
- Experience with SaaS, AI, technology or startup products will be an advantage.
- Positive communication skills.
- Candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of targets and results.

ImportantWe are NOT looking for someone whose primary skill is only posting on Facebook/Instagram.

The ideal candidate should be able to answer:

“If you are given URITE AI as a new product, how would you build its digital presence and generate its first 1,000 qualified leads?”

Candidates with a strong portfolio, previous campaign results or measurable performance achievements will be preferred.

Compensation₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month, depending on experience and demonstrated expertise.

Performance-based incentives may be offered for achieving agreed growth and lead-generation targets.
