Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise, train, and motivate salon staff.
- Handle customer appointments, queries, feedback, and complaints.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and salon hygiene.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
- Manage inventory, products, and salon supplies.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.

and products to increase revenue.
- Maintain proper cleanliness, grooming, and qualified standards.

Requirements:
