We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial records. The candidate should have positive knowledge of accounting, GST, bank reconciliation, MS Excel, and accounting software.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries accurately in accounting software, we use BUSY ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE
- Record and verify purchase, sales, expenses, receipts and payment entries.
- Handle cash and bank transactions.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation.
- Maintain and reconcile customer and supplier ledgers.
- Monitor debtors and creditors and assist with outstanding payment follow-ups.
- Verify bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Assist in GST-related work,



including maintaining records and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the CA and management for accounting and financial requirements.
- Prepare basic MIS and financial reports as required by management.
- Assist in monthly account closing and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.
- Coordinate with factory, stores, dispatch, outlets and other departments for accounting-related information.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and report them to management.
