Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and performance

- Job ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the showroom and ensure smooth functioning.
- Welcome and assist customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product solutions.
- Handle walk-in customers and generate sales leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue growth.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, accounts, and project teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain showroom displays, product presentations, and overall showroom appearance.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, enquiry details, and follow-up status.
- Monitor showroom inventory and coordinate for stock requirements.




- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Train and guide showroom staff to improve sales and customer service.
- Ensure proper discipline, cleanliness, and professional standards within the showroom.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Sales-oriented approach with the ability to achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple responsibilities.

- Prior experience in interior, furniture, home décor, retail, or related industries will be an advantage.
