- Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesMonitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
- Verify visitor identity and maintain visitor entry/exit records.
- Conduct regular security rounds and patrols of the assigned premises.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity.
- Prevent un-authorized access to restricted areas.
- Check incoming and outgoing materials, goods, and equipment as per site procedures.
- Maintain security registers, logbooks, and daily reports.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and unusual activities.
- Report theft, damage, accidents, fire hazards, or suspicious incidents immediately to the Security Supervisor.
- Follow all site security rules, emergency procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Assist during fire emergencies, evacuations, and other emergency situations.
- Maintain discipline and skilled behaviour while interacting with employees, visitors, and clients.
- Ensure proper handover and takeover of duties between shifts.
- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
