Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven telesales executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a telesales executive, you will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, promoting our products or services, and closing sales over the phone.

Responsibilities:

1.Contact potential customers via telephone to promote our products or services.

2.Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and benefits.

3.Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements and suggest suitable products or services.

4.Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products or services and stay updated on industry trends.

5.Keep accurate records of calls and sales made, as well as any follow-up activities.

6.Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.

7.Handle objections and resolve customer complaints effectively.

8.Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.





9.Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.

10.Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and skill development.

Requirements:

1.Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.

2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3.Solid negotiation and persuasion skills.

4.Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.

5.Good time management and organizational skills.

6.Proficiency in CRM software

7.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
