- Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer queries professionally within defined timelines.
- Maintain high-quality customer service and communication standards.
- Update customer information and call details in the system.
- Meet process-specific quality and performance targets.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good spoken English and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with international customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
