* Manage certain amounts of incoming phone ca•ls
* Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfac•ion
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communic•tion
* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods•tools
* Meet personal/customer service team and call handling quotas
Langauges - Telugu, English, Hindi
Kannada, English, Hindi
Work timings - 8 AM to 5 PM (or) 9 AM to 6PM (or) 10 AM to 7PM (or) 2PM TO 10PM
