Role Summary
The Supply Executive and team are responsible for ensuring a consistent and reliable supply of domestic workforce (maids/house-help) across Tenzo service areas. Their primary objective is to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline aligned with operational demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Workforce sourcing: Identify and recruit domestic workers from targeted localities and communities.
- Community engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with local networks, agents, and worker groups.
- Field outreach: Conduct recruitment drives and awareness campaigns to attract recent workers.
- Pipeline management:
Maintain a ready pool of workers for onboarding and training.
- Onboarding coordination: Collaborate with the Onboarding team for documentation, verification, and registration.
- Demand alignment: Ensure workforce supply meets hub-level demand forecasts.
- Retention tracking: Monitor worker retention, replacements, and attrition trends.
- Target achievement: Achieve weekly sourcing and recruitment goals.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment or workforce sourcing.
- Strong local networking and community outreach capabilities.
- Ability to scale workforce supply rapidly to meet operational needs.
Qualifications & Compensation
Sourcing Team Member: 0Months –1years of relevant experience. Graduate degree required. Compensation: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month.
