We are seeking a proactive E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, product listings, inventory updates, order processing, and customer support while ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory.
- Process and track customer orders and returns.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
- Optimize product listings for better visibility.
- Resolve customer queries and support online promotions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
- Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Good Excel skills and robust communication abilities.
