Role & responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Manage assigned loan accounts for timely collections.
- Customer Interaction: Contact customers via calls, visits, or letters to remind and recover overdue payments.
- Negotiation: Negotiate payment plans with customers facing financial difficulties.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions, commitments, and payments collected.
- Field Visits: Conduct field visits to customers residences or businesses as needed.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines during recovery processes.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to Collection Manager on collection status and challenges.
