Job Purpose:
Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, testing and servicing Lithium-Ion batteries used in electric scooters while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect and diagnose faulty Lithium-Ion battery packs.
- Troubleshoot BMS, cells, wiring, connectors and electrical faults.
- Carry out approved battery repairs and component replacements.
- Conduct voltage, charging, discharge and performance tests.
- Ensure all repaired batteries pass quality checks before dispatch.
- Maintain battery repair and testing records.
- Properly classify damaged, repairable and scrap components.
- Follow strict Lithium-Ion battery safety and PPE procedures.
- Escalate hazardous or complex battery issues to the Technical Head.

Qualifications:
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Automobile or related field, with experience in Lithium-Ion batteries/BMS/EV servicing preferred.

Key Skills:
Electrical troubleshooting, BMS diagnostics, battery testing, attention to detail, safety awareness and documentation.
