- As a manager,



you will combine sharp delivery accountability with active business development owning engagements end-to-end while continuously expanding AccentureStrategy and Consulting Global Networks footprint in the market.
- Lead and manage complex consulting engagements across transportation strategy, operations transformation, and technology enablement from scoping through value realization.
- Translate client business challenges into structured problem statements, hypotheses, and actionable recommendations for C-suite stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to business development crafting proposals, shaping RFP responses, building capability credentials, and supporting client pitches alongside senior leadership.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts; nurture client relationships through proactive advisory and value-added insight.
- Collaborate with global account teams, alliance partners, and industry groups to develop and position joint offerings.
- Facilitate client workshops, design thinking sessions, and executive presentations to align requirements and transformation roadmaps.
- Oversee analysis, benchmarking, and insight synthesis; drive post-engagement benefit tracking to ensure sustained value.

Thought Leadership

- Author white papers, points of view, and industry perspectives on emerging themes in Railway Logistics and supply chain transformation.
- Monitor developments in Agentic AI, autonomous logistics, and sector-specific regulatory changes to shape practice strategy.

Required skills

Demonstrated leadership and deep expertise across the following areas:

- Expertise in railway operations, enterprise systems, and business process re-engineering.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end enterprise platforms such as SAP with integration across operations, finance, supply chain, and maintenance.
- Experience in Business Process Design, Digital Transformation, knowledge of End-to-End Rail Freight Passenger Value Chain, Operating Model Understanding.

Qualification

Your experience counts!

- MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
- 8-14 years of progressive experience in railways consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise transformation delivery.
- Proven track record of leading large E2E solutioning programs in the railway or transportation domain.
- Experience in business/technology consulting, strategy design, and execution for railway clients.
- Exposure to business case preparation, value realization, and benefits tracking.
- Experience in global delivery models and cross-functional team management.
- Familiarity with design thinking, innovation workshops, and enterprise blueprinting
