- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in technical recruitment or engineering recruitment.
- Proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), etc. .
- Robust understanding of the US staffing industry trends and best practices.
