Responsibilities:

- Oversee the technical and financial progress of Ballastless/Ballasted track projects.
- Ensure timely project execution in alignment with contractual obligations.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor costs, budget utilization, and project cash flow.
- Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality and safety.
- Work closely with planning, procurement, finance, and execution teams.
- Engage with government agencies, consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve project-related issues.
- Review track alignment, structural aspects, and technical specifications of Ballastless/Ballasted track designs.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of drawings with project requirements.
- Coordinate with design consultants and site teams for approvals and modifications.
- Approve drawings and ensure proper documentation and version control.




- Identify potential risks associated with Ballastless track projects.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to Indian Railway Standards, Metro Rail Guidelines, and international best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety and Quality regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, performance, and key metrics.
- Analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for Ballastless track projects.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, improvement, and growth.
- Support the organization's overall business objectives.
