Role: ServiceNow Developer

Experience: 4+ Years of ServiceNow Development (5-10 Years Overall IT Experience Preferred)

Work Schedule

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Weekly Off: Friday & Saturday

Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO)

Work From Home: Up to 6 WFH days per month

Office Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Mandatory Requirement

A Personal ServiceNow Developer Instance (PDI) is mandatory for the technical coding assessment.

Job Responsibilities

Develop new projects, enhancements, and Change Requests (CRs) using the ServiceNow platform (backend and frontend development).

Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.

Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow applications following coding standards, naming conventions, and design patterns.

Maintain ServiceNow source code, Update Sets, and code repositories.

Perform peer code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Conduct Unit Testing and support SIT, QA, UAT, and Production validation.





Provide L3 production support and post-deployment warranty support.

Follow SDLC processes and prepare technical documentation, including HLD, LLD, Development Documents, Unit Test Documents, Release Documents, and Operational Procedures.

Participate in application reviews and audits to ensure compliance with development standards and SLA requirements.

Required Technical Skills

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Design & Development experience.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.
