Experience

Bachelor's degree or Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field required

Education

Minimum of 5 years of experience in instrumentation engineering, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Experience in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- To leverage expertise in instrumentation engineering to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of instrumentation systems in production operations.
- To provide technical leadership, cutting-edge solutions, and proactive support to enhance instrumentation capabilities and support the achievement of organizational goals.




- Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing lead times.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve production targets and maintain high levels of productivity.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
