Hydromech services pvt Ltd Strength Service Provider specializes in customized solutions for component repair and parts supply for leading heavy equipment brands such as Komatsu, Caterpillar, Volvo, Hyundai, Hitachi, Kobelco, XCMG, Zoomlion, and Liebherr.

Providing 3,000 hrs warranty for components repair

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Identify and develop new corporate clients in the *cement, mining, and construction sectors*

* Generate leads from both *new prospects and existing clients*

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (plant heads, procurement teams, maintenance heads)

* Promote company services including *component repair solutions and spare parts supply*

* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

* Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients

* Track sales pipeline and convert leads into long-term business

* Forecast *annual sales/turnover* and contribute to business growth strategy

* Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for client requirements





*Requirements:*

* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (preferred)

* 25 years of experience in *B2B marketing/sales*, preferably in HEMM, construction equipment, or industrial services

* Robust network or experience in *cement, mining, or construction industries*

* Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits

* Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

*Preferred Skills:*

* Technical understanding of heavy machinery components

* Experience working with brands like Komatsu, Caterpillar, Volvo, etc.

* CRM and lead management experience

*Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):*

* Number of new clients acquired

* Lead conversion ratio

* Revenue/turnover achieved vs targets

* Client retention and repeat business

*Location:* Any where in India

*Salary:* Best in the market + Incentives based on performance
