My Care International is hiring Business Development Interns for a structured 3-month paid training program, with an opportunity to transition into a full time position.

Program Details

- Location: Remote
- Training Duration: 3 Months
- Working Hours 1st Month: 9:00 PM 4:00 AM IST
- Working Hours – From 2nd Month: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST
- Month 1 Stipend: 5,000
- Month 2 & 3: 10,000/month based on performance
- After 3 Months: Full-time job opportunity with increased salary based on performance and role
- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Joining: Immediate

Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups
- Communicate with USA-based clients
- Present and pitch company services
- Maintain leads and follow-ups in CRM
- Support sales and business development activities
- Conduct market research
- Schedule client meetings

- Zoho CRM
- Apollo AI
- RingCentral




- Microsoft Teams, Outlook & Excel
- Lead generation and prospecting
- Cold calling and sales techniques
- Client communication and negotiation
- CRM and pipeline management

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Willingness to learn
- Comfortable speaking with clients
- Laptop and stable internet required
- Ability to work during the required shift

- No prior experience required – training provided
