ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale B2B customer portal, commerce, and digital transformation solutions. The role requires strong SAP Order-to-Cash and enterprise integration expertise, combined with the ability to own solution architecture from business discovery through design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. The successful candidate will work across business, product, technology, vendor, and delivery teams on complex transformation programmes.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- 9+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale B2B customer portal, commerce, and digital transformation solutions.
- Proven ownership of Solution Architecture across discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and support phases.
- Robust expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and customer-facing portal solutions.
- Hands-on experience integrating customer portals with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA using APIs, IDocs, OData, SAP Integration Suite (SCPI/BTP), and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience defining solution architecture, High-Level Designs (HLDs), integration designs, non-functional requirements (NFRs), and technology roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of modern architecture principles including MACH, API-first, headless, microservices, cloud-native, and event-driven architectures.
- Proven ability to work with business stakeholders, product teams, vendors, and delivery teams across large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong technical foundation in enterprise application architecture, integration, and cloud delivery practices.

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with SAP Commerce, SAP CX, CommerceTools, Mirakl, Spryker, or other composable commerce platforms.
- SAP Commerce Cloud or SAP CX certifications.
- Experience delivering AI-enabled customer solutions.
- Oil & Gas or other regulated-industry experience.
- Strong SAP ECC and S/4HANA domain expertise.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is a Solution Architect with proven experience delivering enterprise B2B customer portals, strong SAP Order-to-Cash and integration expertise, and demonstrated ownership of end-to-end solution architecture across complex transformation programmes. The candidate should be comfortable leading business discovery, solution design, integration architecture, and delivery governance while working closely with both business and technology stakeholders. They should be able to translate business needs into scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable technology solutions.

EDUCATION

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
