About Seamless

Money moves everywhere. Instantly.

Seamless is the orchestration layer for cross-border money movement. One instruction in — every rail, route, FX leg and reconciliation coordinated behind the scenes. Businesses collect in fiat or crypto, move across hard corridors, and settle in the currency they need, in minutes rather than days, saving 50–150 bps against their banks.

The platform is live across 170+ countries and 70+ currencies. Multi-currency accounts, cross-border payments, FX optimisation, global invoicing and stablecoin settlement rails are all in production today. A crypto-linked card programme launches soon, with treasury workflows behind it.

We are non-custodial by design — funds move through licensed partner balance sheets, never ours - compliance, KYB and AML are built into every flow.

Our customers are businesses whose margins live or die on high-value cross-border settlement: importers and exporters, commodity traders, electronics and machinery suppliers, creative agencies, professional services firms, enterprise treasury teams, global payroll operators and digital asset businesses. They move real money across corridors that most providers are slow to touch — GCC, Africa, Europe, Asia and Latin America.

We are a small team. Everyone here ships.

The role in one sentence

You own every system that turns a name on a list into a conversation with our BD team — and every measurement that tells us which of those systems actually work.

Why this role exists

We have a live platform, real corridor economics, high-value flows already moving, and a card programme about to launch. This role builds the demand engine that matches it — designed from a blank page, by you.

Our buyers are owner-operators, finance directors and treasury leads at businesses moving high-value flows. Many of them have thin digital footprints. They do not fill in demo forms or read fintech content. They respond to accurate, credible outreach from someone who clearly understands their corridor — and the conversation usually continues on WhatsApp or a call.

That means our growth engine is not a generic content funnel. It is a precision demand system: corridor-qualified account intelligence, clean contact data, warmed infrastructure, sharp sequences, high-intent landing surfaces, and a handoff into human conversation we can actually measure.

You are being hired to architect and build that system end to end, then run it. This is a greenfield brief: you choose the stack, define the funnel model, set the standards, and own the number that comes out the other side.

What you will own

Outbound infrastructure

- Design and stand up the outbound email stack end to end: domains, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, inbox provisioning, warm-up ramp, deliverability monitoring, reputation management
- Select and own the sending tooling (Instantly / Smartlead), sequence architecture and inbox rotation
- Keep our primary domain protected — outbound never touches it

List operations and data quality

- Build our enrichment engine in Clay: waterfalls, mobile-number verification, deduplication, credit-burn control on sparse data
- Build and maintain the corridor-qualified account map as a first-class internal asset — it lives in our own database, not in a vendor's platform
- Set the data hygiene standard. A bad number costs us more than a missed send

Conversion surfaces

- Build and iterate landing pages that convert to conversation, not signup — corridor pages, industry pages, event follow-up pages
- Own our corridor pricing calculator as an acquisition asset: traffic to it, conversion from it, and what we learn from every quote request
- Own form-to-WhatsApp and form-to-BD routing, response-time SLAs and the handoff experience
- Work with our dev team on the site (Next.js / Tailwind / Vercel); ship copy and structure yourself, don't wait in a queue

Attribution and reporting

- Instrument the full funnel: source reply qualified conversation call KYB started first transaction
- Solve for the hard part — many of our conversions happen in WhatsApp and on calls, invisible to every ad platform by default
- Produce a weekly pipeline and channel report the founder actually uses to make decisions
- Define and establish our CAC and cost-per-first-transaction baselines, and the north star metric we run the function against

Campaign execution

- Run outbound campaigns against segmented corridor and industry lists with real hypotheses and real readouts
- Support founder-led LinkedIn: production, scheduling, engagement follow-through, turning post replies into BD conversations
- Run pre-event outreach for trade shows and chamber events — pull exhibitor directories, build lists, book meetings before we land
- Own the go-to-market motion for the card programme launch, including the first paid acquisition tests we run against it

First 90 days

Days 1–30

- Ride along with founder and BD calls; come back with a written point of view on our buyer, corridors and objections
- Specify and procure the stack — enrichment, sending, CRM, analytics — with a cost model per tool
- Get outbound domains provisioned and into warm-up
- Define the funnel stage model and get every live conversation mapped to a stage

Days 31–60

- First fully instrumented outbound campaign live against a corridor-qualified segment
- Landing pages, calculator and WhatsApp routing live with source-level tracking
- Weekly reporting cadence established

Days 61–90

- Baseline metrics published: reply rate, qualified conversation rate, cost per qualified conversation, cost per first transaction
- Two campaign iterations completed with documented learnings
- A written go-to-market plan for the card launch, and a recommendation on where we spend our next acquisition budget — defended with our own data

What we need you to have done before

- 3–6 years in demand generation, growth or marketing operations — at least two at a B2B company selling to businesses, not consumers
- Built a demand function or outbound motion from zero. You have chosen the tools, wired them together and owned the outcome — not inherited someone else's system
- Built and run cold outbound infrastructure yourself, including deliverability. You should be able to explain a DMARC policy without looking it up
- Built landing pages and shipped them without needing an agency
- Set up funnel tracking and reported on it honestly, including when the numbers were bad
- Comfortable with SQL or spreadsheets at a level where you can answer your own questions about the data

Tooling you must already be hands-on with

You will be asked to demonstrate real working knowledge of these, not familiarity from a course:

- Clay — enrichment waterfalls, table logic, credit management, integrations
- Apollo — database search, list building, sequencing, data quality assessment
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator — advanced search, account and lead list construction, saved-search workflows
- Instantly or Smartlead — inbox setup, warm-up, sequence architecture, deliverability monitoring
- A CRM — HubSpot, Pipedrive, Streak or similar; pipeline stages, lifecycle logic, reporting
- Analytics and tracking — GA4, UTM discipline, event tracking, conversion instrumentation
- Automation — Zapier, Make or n8n for wiring tools together without engineering support

Bonus: Webflow or Next.js for shipping pages, and any experience with trade data or customs data platforms.

What will make you stand out

- Experience in fintech, payments or another regulated category where marketing claims have consequences
- Familiarity with how SME and mid-market businesses buy in emerging-market corridors — you understand why WhatsApp is often the channel and why LinkedIn coverage is thin
- Have run paid acquisition and know exactly when it is the wrong answer
- Basic comfort in code — enough to work with a dev team, edit a Next.js page or wire up an automation without asking

How we work — read this part carefully

Claims discipline is non-negotiable. We are financial infrastructure. Every number we publish must be defensible and corridor-specific — not rounded up. We do not describe features as live before they are live. If you are used to marketing where the copy runs ahead of the product, this will be an uncomfortable adjustment.

Crypto is infrastructure, not the product. Digital rails run behind the scenes for speed; customers send and receive in local fiat. We do not market ourselves as a crypto company.

Conversion means conversation. Our primary metrics are replies, qualified conversations, calls and first transactions — not signups or trials.

No single market is the story. We are global by design. Corridors are the unit of focus, not countries.

Remote, but not distant. You will work asynchronously most of the time, with a daily overlap window with the founder and BD team in the UAE. That requires writing clearly, documenting your own systems, and flagging problems early rather than at the weekly check-in. Occasional travel to Dubai for planning sessions and events.

You will not have a team for a while. This is a builder's job. You will do the work, not brief it out.

What you get

- Direct line to the founder. No layers, no committee
- A genuine blank page. You design the function, choose the stack and set the standards — this is not maintenance of someone else's setup
- A live platform and a card programme launching soon: real product to market, not a promise
- Equity in an early-stage company with live revenue and a defined corridor thesis
- Budget authority once you have earned it with data

How to apply

Send us the following:

1. A short note on how you would sequence the first three months differently from what we have written above, and why
2. One example of an outbound or demand-gen system you built from scratch — what you built, what it produced, what you would do differently
3. Your answer to this: our buyer owns a trading business moving USD 3M a month across a hard corridor. He has no meaningful LinkedIn presence and does not read fintech content. Give us your first-pass approach to reaching him at scale.

No cover letters. We will read the third answer first.
