Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and productive manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
- Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
Job Requirements :
- Fresher -2 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Proficiency in handling inbound voice processes (phone calls) with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of domestic process flows related to banking industry.
