Role & responsibilities:

What Youll Do:

- Recommending and educating customers on high-quality, doctor-approved branded generic substitutes and help them save on costs.

- Handle and resolve customer queries about prescriptions, medicines, and orders via voice support.

- Accurately interpret and verify prescriptions.

- Provide clear, empathetic, and professional customer assistance.

- Collaborate with internal teams for order fulfillment, escalations, and issue resolution.

- Ensure full compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policy.

What Were Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist.

- D. Pharma or B. Pharma qualification required.

- Prior experience in an ePharmacy or online healthcare setup is a big plus!

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on weekends (with weekday offs).

- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a bonus!).

- Solid prescription-reading ability and attention to detail.

- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with patience and professionalism.
