Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plan and coordinate industrial construction projects from concept to completion.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during commercial building construction.
- Oversee site planning, including layout design, permitting, and coordination with contractors.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in civil construction, commercial buildings, or industrial construction.
- Robust understanding of industrial projects, industrialization processes, and commercial complex development.
- Excellent schedule planning skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
