You will be the seniortechnical authority translating telco business processes (order-to-activate, product catalog,provisioning, fulfillment) into robust, standards-aligned Salesforce architecture, and settingthe technical bar for offshore delivery teams. This is a hands-on architecture role, not apure governance seat: you will design, prove patterns in code where needed, review, andmentor.What Youll Do:• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Communications Cloud / Salesforce Industriesimplementations, from discovery through delivery.• Design and govern the Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, Communications OrderManagement (COM),



and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).• Architect OmniStudio solutions (OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptor, IntegrationProcedures) as the deterministic orchestration and data layer.• Define integration architecture across MuleSoft and API-led connectivity, applying TMForum Open APIs (for example TMF622 product ordering, TMF641 service ordering) whereappropriate, and being explicit about where alignment is at the boundary versus end toend.• Design fulfilment and provisioning flows that interface with OSS/BSS, inventory, andnetwork activation platforms.• Architect Field Service for installation and provisioning journeys where in scope.• Set technical standards, data model, security model, and DevOps practice; lead designand code reviews.• Run technical discovery with client architects and engineering leads; convert telcoprocesses into architecture and estimates.• Mentor onshore and offshore developers and grow the technical capability of the CoE.• Support pre-sales and solutioning: effort shaping, architecture proposals, technical
assurance.What We're Looking For:Must-haves:• 10+ years in Salesforce delivery, with several years as an architect on SalesforceIndustries / Communications Cloud (Vlocity) programmes.• Deep OmniStudio expertise in production-scale builds.• Strong telecommunications domain knowledge: OSS/BSS, order management,provisioning and activation, product catalog design.• Integration architecture experience with MuleSoft or equivalent,



plus REST/SOAP andevent-driven patterns.• Working knowledge of TM Forum frameworks (SID, eTOM, Open APIs) and honestjudgment about where they apply.• Core platform depth: Apex, Lightning Web Components, data modelling, governor limits,integration patterns.• Proven experience leading distributed / offshore teams.• Certifications: Communications Cloud Accredited Professional and OmniStudioDeveloper or Consultant, plus Application Architect or System Architect.
