Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily production operations on the shop floor to meet quality, safety, and productivity targets.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, material usage, and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 1-9 years of experience in a manufacturing workplace or related field.
- Strong understanding of manpower handling, manpower management, and shop floor management principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously.
