Skill: Oracle HCM cloud Payroll Techno-functional Exp: 10years Location: Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai Must Have Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations and support engagements. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Configure and support Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Workforce Structures, and Security. Design and develop complex Rapid Formulas , Calculation Cards, Payroll Balances, and Payroll Flows. Lead payroll processing, reconciliation, statutory compliance, and post-payroll activities. Develop and support HDL/HSDL conversions and mass data migrations. Design reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts . Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Services, and File-Based Integrations . Perform solution architecture reviews and provide best-practice recommendations. Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support activities. Mentor junior consultants and oversee offshore/onshore delivery teams. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders globally
