Project Manager – Commercial Interiors / Construction Company: Vayaana Interiors Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 5–10 Years Industry: Commercial Interiors / Construction / Project Management About the Role Vayaana Interiors is looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to lead the execution of commercial interior projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in commercial interiors, site execution, vendor management, project planning, cost control, quality, and coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and execute commercial interior projects as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, budget, and timelines. Take complete responsibility for day-to-day site execution and project progress . Coordinate with clients, PMC/consultants, architects, MEP teams, vendors, and subcontractors. Manage and monitor civil, flooring, false ceiling, POP, partition, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, furniture, and other interior works. Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower requirements, material requirements, and work plans . Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Monitor vendor and subcontractor performance, measurements, work progress, and billing. Check site measurements and verify vendor bills against actual work completed and BOQ. Control project costs and identify potential delays, variations, and additional works. Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at site. Conduct regular site meetings and maintain daily/weekly project progress reports.



Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution. Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the project site. Manage snagging, rectification, testing, and final handover of the project. Maintain proper project documentation including drawings, BOQs, work orders, measurements, progress reports, and billing records. Requirements 5–10 years of relevant experience in commercial interiors/construction project management. Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial interior execution and finishing works . Valuable understanding of BOQ, drawings, measurements, billing, estimation, and project scheduling. Experience in handling multiple vendors and subcontractors. Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to independently manage site execution and meet project deadlines. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project/other project management tools is preferred.
