Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors Report Building .

The candidate will be responsible for redesigning existing HR reporting and developing/enhancing custom reporting solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors platform . The role will work closely with HR stakeholders, SAP teams, and technical teams to deliver accurate and effective reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, enhance, and maintain custom reports in SAP SuccessFactors .
- Develop reporting solutions based on HR business requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements from HR stakeholders.
- Work with SAP and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR reporting data .
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting-related issues.
- Support end users with SuccessFactors reporting capabilities and best practices.
- Enhance existing reports and migrate/redesign current HR reporting solutions where required.
- Maintain appropriate documentation for reporting requirements and solutions.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

- 7–10 years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors experience .




- Robust hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Report Building – MANDATORY.
- Proven experience developing custom reports and dashboards in SuccessFactors .
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors reporting capabilities and reporting tools .
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into reporting solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

NOT REQUIRED

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Configuration is NOT required.
- SAP SuccessFactors LMS experience is NOT required.
- Candidates should primarily have strong SuccessFactors Reporting / Report Building experience.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of HRIS integrations and data migration .
- Experience supporting global HR teams .
- Understanding of HR data governance and reporting controls .
- Previous experience in professional services / consulting environments .
