Supply Chain Analyst

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to analyze supply chain data, improve operational efficiency, and support planning and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will work closely with procurement, logistics, inventory, and operations teams to identify trends, reduce costs, and improve supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze supply chain, inventory, procurement, and logistics data.

Monitor inventory levels, demand, supply, and order fulfillment.

Prepare reports and dashboards to track key supply chain KPIs.

Identify supply chain inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Support demand forecasting and inventory planning.

Analyze supplier performance, lead times, and delivery schedules.

Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams.

Track purchase orders and investigate supply or delivery issues.

Maintain accurate supply chain data and documentation.

Assist in cost analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement,



or data analysis.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is preferred.

Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Valuable understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and procurement processes.

Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work with large datasets and present insights clearly.
