Lead Management: Handle high volumes of inbound inquiries and execute outbound calls to prospective leads generated through digital campaigns and portals.

Site Visit Booking: Pitch project highlights, share brochures virtually, and schedule physical or virtual site visits.

Pipeline Coordination: Hand off qualified, high-intent prospects seamlessly to the field sales or closing teams.

CRM Updates: Maintain accurate, real-time records of call logs, lead statuses, and follow-up schedules in the CRM Software.

Follow-Ups: Conduct persistent, timely multi-channel follow-ups (calls, emails, WhatsApp) with warm and cold prospects Requirements Experience: 1 to 2 years of inside sales, tele calling, or customer service experience (preferably in real estate or property tech).
