Role: Technical Specialist – Animal Health & Nutrition (South Asia)

Roles & Responsibilities :

n

n
Lead technical discussions with nutritionists, veterinarians, feed mill teams, poultry integrators, and customers.
n
Develop and communicate value propositions for enzyme and probiotic solutions.
n
Design, execute, and analyze field trials and proof-of-concept (PoC) studies.
n
Convert trial results into business cases to drive commercial adoption.
n
Support Account Managers in customer engagement, solution positioning, and deal closure.
n
Conduct technical training for customers, distributors, and channel partners.
n
Prepare technical presentations, case studies, promotional materials, and value calculators.
n
Provide market and competitive intelligence to support business growth.
n

Key Qualifications :

n

n





Master’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Poultry Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or a related field.

n

7–15 years of experience in Animal Health & Nutrition.

n

Willingness to travel extensively across South Asia.

Fluent English is mandatory; Bengali is preferred.
