We’re hiring someone who can create ads that stop the scroll, earn the click, drive the install, and turn that install into a paying user.

Your job? Build the creative engine that fuels our growth.

What You’ll Do

n

• Own the entire creative process: idea → hook → script → direction → production → iteration.

n

• Ship high-volume creative — many concepts, variations and iterations, rapid.

n

• Turn every winning ad into 10 fresh angles before it fatigues.

n

• Direct editors, designers, actors and AI creators to bring concepts to life.

n

• Read performance metrics like CTR, CPI, CAC and conversion and use the numbers to decide what to build next.

n

• Kill weak ideas early and double down on what’s working.

n

What We’re Looking For

n





• Strong instinct for Bharat audiences — how they think, feel, laugh, scroll and decide.

n

• A hook machine who can write short-form scripts and copy that convert.

n

• Solid understanding of Meta, Instagram and You Tube performance creatives.

n

• A doer, not just an ideas person — you make things happen, not just presentations.

n

• Ability to think creatively while being highly comfortable with performance data.

n

• Bonus: Hands-on experience with AI creative tools.

n

• Bonus: Understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CAC, CPA and creative fatigue.

n

• 2–5 years of experience preferred, but exceptional talent matters more than years on paper.
