JOB DETAILS
Maintain accurate and up to date books of accounts and financial records.
Handle day to day accounting transactions including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting financial documentation.
Perform bank, cash, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Follow up on outstanding receivables and assist in maintaining payment schedules.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Prepare regular MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
Assist in GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory compliance activities.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders when required.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure accounting records are complete and organized.
Verify financial transactions and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial analysis when required.
Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
Identify accounting discrepancies and support timely resolution.
Handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion.
Support the Finance & Accounts team in other accounting and financial activities as required.
